Whilst the training and implementation process is a hands-on one where we ensure that customers are familiar and comfortable with Velos, there will most likely be times when you will have queries on elements of the software, or will need to know something additional. Our Customer Service Team is comprised of individuals that know the software from top to bottom and can assist in any queries that may arise - anytime.
